Rules for shared households – Baskivo
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Rules version: 2026-08-04
These rules apply to the optional live sync and shared households of the Baskivo app. Purely local offline use is possible without agreeing to them.
1. Audience and scope
Shared households are aimed at people aged 16 and over. Anyone who switches on live sync, joins a household or shares content there must accept these rules beforehand.
2. Permitted use
Shared content may be used for shopping planning, household organisation and arrangements directly connected to those purposes. This includes in particular list and item names, quantities, notes, categories, prices and budgets.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are prohibited in particular:
- unlawful content or calls for unlawful conduct,
- threats, insults, harassment, bullying or targeted denigration,
- discriminatory, hateful or extremist content,
- sexually offensive, pornographic or violence-glorifying content,
- content that endangers children or other vulnerable people,
- other people's personal or confidential data without their permission,
- spam, deception, malware or abusive bulk use,
- any attempt to circumvent protective, reporting or access functions.
4. Households and invitation codes
Invitation codes may only be shared with people who are meant to have access to the household. Every household member must treat shared content respectfully. A new invitation code invalidates the previous one immediately; members who have already joined stay connected. Members who have joined can leave the current household in the app.
5. Reporting and moderation
Offensive content, members or an entire household can be reported directly in the app. Reports should describe the content or conduct concerned as precisely as possible.
The operator may review reports and may in particular restrict or delete content, invitations, memberships, households or technical access. In case of acute danger or reasonable suspicion of a criminal offence, the responsible authorities or emergency services may be involved. Repeated or serious abuse may lead to permanent exclusion.
6. Availability and changes
Household sync is provided without any entitlement to uninterrupted availability. These rules may be changed where policies, the legal situation or product functions require it. Agreement to a new rules version may then be required before shared households can be used further.
7. Contact
Questions about these rules and additional reports can be sent to kontakt@dayvela.app. In case of immediate danger, do not wait for a reply from app support; contact the responsible emergency or law-enforcement services instead.
